Who are VHO?

VHO was founded in 2001 by Vivienne Hallett. Vivienne has an IT Sales background and has in total  over fifteen years of field and internal sales experience. Vivienne is proud of the team she has built and comments:

We pick our staff carefully and they tend to stay with us a long time. They are well paid and highly motivated. Our management team all have a proven telesales background, but our telemarketers have a diverse range of backgrounds including IT, engineering, recruitment, public sector and marketing. What they have in common is that they are intelligent, well educated and possess excellent communication skills. That’s a conscious choice on our part because we look for individuals we think can build a relationship with the contacts in their particular sector of expertise. We don’t read from scripts - we don’t need to because we ensure we understand our clients products, and their business model .
